Workshops

  • Workshops are Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. - noon
  • Cost is $15 per child and $12 per adult. (A minimum of one adult is required for every five children)
  • Fee includes all day admission to the museum, program materials and educator-led activities.

Girl Scout Workshop-Jewelry and Gems (SOLD OUT)

Discover jewels and gems from other lands dispersed throughout museum exhibits. Use these pieces to get ideas on how to make your own sparkling creations. Participants earn Jeweler badge. Maximum 50 people total.

Girl Scout Workshop-Time Traveler

Saturday, February 13, 2010
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

See the Streets of Old Milwaukee come alive. Travel back in time and experience life in the past through games, toys, stories and hands-on activities. Participants earn Brownie Girl Scout Through the Years try-It badge. Maximum 50 people total.

Overnights

  • Overnights are held Fridays from 7 p.m. to Saturday 8 a.m.
  • Cost is $45 per individual, $35 for members. (Minimum one adult for every five children required.)
  • Fee includes a planetarium show, program materials, instruction, Museum admission for the following day, evening snack and continental breakfast.

Girl Scout See the World Overnight

January 15, 2010

Travel the globe to discover styles of dress, dwellings, languages and games. Recognitions: Brownies and Juniors earn an Around the World try-it and World Neighbors badge. (*Note: we provide the badges for girl scouts). Maximum 100 people total.

Registration Information

Registrations for each date will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the program. Confirmation of registration, directions and event details will be mailed to you within two weeks of registration. We reserve the right to cancel any event that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
