Gala Auction Preview Book
NEW! This year all silent auction bidding will be done using cell phone text messaging through a system operated by AuctionsByCellular. Gala guests, and even those who cannot attend, can bid on our incredible auction items via their phone! You can place bids anytime beginning October 1 through 9 p.m. on October 15, the night of the Gala.
Please click on the link qtego.com/mpm to register your phone if you would like to bid on auction items from anywhere OR even if you plan to attend the Gala; it will expedite your check-in time.

How to Bid
In the Gala Auction Preview Booklet you will find an item number and description for each silent auction item. To place bids on auction items, follow the directions below. It's easy!
To see the current high bid:
press reply to your welcome text and type in the auction item number.
EXAMPLE: key in 424502 (auction item number) then press send.
To place a bid on an auction item:
Press reply to your welcome text and type in the auction item number and
the amount you would like to bid. No dollar sign ($) needed.
EXAMPLE: key in 424502 (auction item number) 300 (bid amount) then press send.
To place a maximum bid on an auction item:
The process is the same as placing a bid, but enter the maximum bid
amount followed by an "m". You will receive a text when you have been
outbid.
EXAMPLE: key in 424502 (auction item number) 750m (maximum bid amount) then
press send.
