MPM Green Fair

MPM Green Fair

Saturday, October 6 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Biodiesel, cork flooring, adopt-a-tree: what do these words mean to you? More importantly, what do they mean to the environment? Find out during a visit to the MPM Green Fair. This event will be held in conjunction with the grand opening of the museum's newest exhibit, The Climate Change Show.

Join groups like Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful, RENEW Wisconsin, Future Green and others to learn how you too can become a friend of the environment, be it through smart shopping, volunteering or turning your ride into a clean, green, biodiesel-fueled machine.

Individual environmental groups will be presenting throughout the day, as well as manning informational booths in the Exploring Life on Earth exhibit, located on the museum's first floor.

One lucky visitor will also be riding away from the MPM Green Fair on a new TREK Lime bike, graciously donated by Emery's Fitness. Entry forms for our Green Fair Lime bike drawing will be available during the Green Fair. All entries must be received by 3 p.m. October 6.
