Best Time to Visit

For an added twist to your experience, visit us when there are costumed Titanic enactors in the exhibition. The Titanic Enactors Project takes place 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thursdays and 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sundays.

To avoid the school fieldtrips or weekend crowds, visit Monday–Friday in the afternoon.

Final Weeks — Must Close May 25

Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition must close May 25th. Visitors must make advance reservation to guarantee entry into Titanic. The Museum will be open May 21-25 until 8 p.m. to accommodate crowds during final week.

Admission to Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition includes admission to the entire Museum for the day of your visit.

• Audio Tours are available in English and Spanish.
• Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more.
• To receive member pricing current membership card must be presented when picking up tickets.
• To receive student discount please present a valid school ID at ticket windows.
• To ensure an enriching experience for all, the Milwaukee Public Museum asks that a responsible adult, parent, guardian, or school chaperone accompany children under the age of 16.
• Entertainment coupons and other free admission passes to the Museum cannot be used to discount Titanic tickets.
• School and Group tickets must be purchased in advance via telephone.

Timed Entry Tickets

Tickets to Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition are timed tickets, offered at 15-minute intervals. You should plan on getting in line for the Exhibition at the time on your ticket. You will be escorted into the exhibition within 15 minutes of the time of your ticket. If you arrive early, please enjoy the exhibits in The Milwaukee Public Museum before going into Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.

• First Entry: (Mon-Sat) 9 a.m. (Sun) 10 a.m.
• Last entry nightly is at 3:30 p.m., except for extended-hour evenings, when last entry will be at 6:30 p.m.
• Once inside the Exhibition, you may spend as much time as you like until closing time. This is a one-time entry exhibit. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter. No extensions or rain checks will be given.
• Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Milwaukee County Residents

County residents can purchase discounted tickets for Mondays (Adults: $10; Seniors: $8, children: $5). Photo ID with a Milwaukee County residence must be shown by each adult in order to recieve discounted rates.

Ticket Pick-Up

• Pick up timed-entry tickets at Will Call Desk at the bottom of the grand staircase inside the Museum.
• If you purchase tickets online, be sure to bring your confirmation letter with you for reference. Please remember that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• If you need to add tickets or items to your order, such as the IMAX® film Ghosts of the Abyss, staff at the Will Call Desk can assist you.
