Explore the Museum’s latest traveling exhibit during the Global Kitchen Member Preview.
Come together at Milwaukee’s dinner table to learn the science, culture, and systems of food. Cook a virtual meal, see rare artifacts, and peek into the dining rooms of famous historical figures.
Visitors will examine the intersection of food, nature, culture, health, and history—and consider some of the most challenging food issues of our time.
• Join MPM educators in the Demonstration Kitchen and explore the science behind food
• Explore the origin and use of cacao tree pods in developing chocolate at a special Stop Spot cart
Entry to Global Kitchen will occur every 30 minutes (last entry at 4 p.m.).
