When: NIA Classes at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27. We will schedule your BODY WORLDS visit to accommodate your choice of class. Each NIA class is 55 minutes.

NIA combines martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It is an energizing, refreshing way to exercise “the body’s way,” with natural movement, while still getting a healthy cardio workout. Each class will be taught by Blackbelt NIA instructor Barb Wesson of CORE / El Centro.
