We offer many great public programs throughout the year that would also be of interest to school groups.

The Museum “comes to life” during our "Alive!" Events, where visitors get the chance to talk to costumed interpreters and participate in an array of interactive activities.

 

 

 


 

audienceLunch & Lecture Series

The Museum’s lecture series is ideal for exposing older students to some of the most innovative endeavors and research happening in our community.
When: Second Tuesday, September - November & February - May, 10:30 a.m.
For: Grades 9-12
Cost: $9 per person - includes exhibit tour and lecture; $24 per person - includes exhibit tour, lecture and lunch.

Children ages 6-12 will experience a deeper look into one of the Museum’s great exhibits and the theme of the evening through hands-on activities with MPM educators during our overnights. Themes this year include: Wisconsin*, dinosaurs, mummies, and food*!
When: Overnights begin at 6 p.m. on select Friday evening and last until 8 a.m. the following morning.
For: Grades 2-7
Cost: $45 per person for groups (10+ booked together, in advance).
