MPM on the Move: Funding Application

 

This is an application for free MPM outreach programming, available for insitutions that meet one of the following elibility requirements:
  • You are a school with at least 60% of student population qualifying for reduced and/or free lunches
  • You are an organization (community center, day program, library, etc.) that serves families/individuals participating in BadgerCare, FoodShare, Medicaid, or WIC

Immediately upon completion of this application, you will receive an automated email confirming we have received your submission. You can expect a staff member to contact you within two business days. If you do not hear from us within that time frame, please contact outreach@mpm.edu. Thank you!

MPM is committed to providing high quality programming to the community. In an effort to ensure this, participating organizations agree to complete an evaluation following the program(s).
