President's Day Programming

The Daniel M. Soref Planetarium presents a special two-evening run of the Valentine's show Romancing the Stars. Couples can embark on an out-of-this-world date at the Planetarium, complete with a romantic tour of the universe and a look at which star clusters are actually "constellations of love." A red rose and box of chocolates will be given to each couple.

Sully and Susanna Watson took their family from the oppressive conditions of ante-bellum Virginia in 1834 and, after several years in Ohio, arrived in Milwaukee in 1850.
Find our Educators on the Museum floors from December 23-31* between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for fun activities!
This year, we’ll be “tackling” the Green Bay Packers 1939 championship win over the New York Giants, played at State Fair Park. The characters will include lightly fictionalized fans, local workers, press, players, and family members.
