The Milwaukee Public Museum (MPM) is seeking a Director of Information and Electronic Systems. The Director of IES defines and implements the strategic plan for all MPM information systems, exhibit audio and video presentation and conference systems, sound systems, paging systems, telephone and 2-way radio systems, voice/data networks, and the Museum’s website. This position is responsible for procurement of all computers, systems, software and other computer–related technologies.
This class dives into five engaging topics in space and astronomy, instructed by Planetarium Director Bob Bonadurer.

Ichthyology (fishes) collection is the largest in the department with about 685,000 catalogued specimens in over 35,000 lots and representing more than 2000 species and 300 families. The majority of the collection is Wisconsin freshwater fishes (29,000 lots), but more than 26 U.S. states and 15 countries are represented.
