MILWAUKEE PUBLIC MUSEUM ANNUAL FOOD & FROTH FUNDRAISER RETURNS MARCH 9

Guests can wander exhibit floors after hours while sampling brews and bites; proceeds support Museum’s programs and outreach

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Public Museum (MPM) is opening its exhibit floors the night of Saturday, March 9, for an after-hours party where guests can sip and taste their way through the Museum. Presented by Potawatomi Casino Hotel, MPM’s 24th annual Food & Froth fundraiser will include more than 70 vendors, serving up samples of their brews and bites. Ticket sales support MPM’s world-class exhibits, educational programming and community outreach efforts.

Food & Froth will feature more than 150 craft beers, ciders and seltzers from approximately 50 breweries, including newcomers Amorphic Beer and Duesterbeck’s Brewing Company, as well as veterans Lakefront Brewery, MobCraft Beer, City Lights Brewing Co. and 1840 Brewing Company.

Nearly 20 local restaurants and caterers will also provide tasty snacks, from the savory bites of Café Benelux, Double B’s BBQ and Toro Tacos & Bowls, to the sweet treats of Press Waffles, Carrie’s Crispies and Tabal Chocolate.

While indulging in delicious dishes and drinks, guests can enjoy live performances by The Hungry Williams and Accordion Player Mike Schneider.

Food & Froth general admission tickets are $100/person. Tickets are available online at www.mpm.edu/beer or by calling 414-278-2728 or 888-700-9069.
